Iconic structure built in 2011 offers visitors a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of the city
Tianjin’s skyline has a new jewel in its crown as the “Summit of Tianjin” sightseeing hall, perched on the 79th floor of the Tianjin World Financial Centre (TWFC), in northern China, officially opened its doors to the public.
In a report, Chinese official news agency Xinhua says that the iconic structure built in 2011, now offers visitors a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of the city from a dizzying height of 310 m.
The statement adds that the TWFC soars to 336.9 m. The newly unveiled viewing platform provides an unrivaled vantage point for both locals and tourists eager to take in the city’s dynamic architecture, vibrant riverfront and sprawling metropolitan expanse.
TWFC says that on its opening day, on Sunday, crowds gathered to experience the sweeping vistas, with many snapping selfies and group photos against the dramatic backdrop of Tianjin’s evolving skyline.
Additionally, among the visitors were both domestic and international tourists, all eager to witness the city from above. The sightseeing hall features floor-to-ceiling glass windows, allowing unobstructed views in every direction.
