In a significant move to strengthen its presence in India, Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) has appointed Nijhawan Group as its official representative for Trade and MICE activations to promote the Emirate’s offerings.

In a press statement RAKTDA says that this collaboration aims to position Ras Al Khaimah as a preferred destination for Indian travellers and drive growth in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) sector.

It adds that the Nijhawan Group, will help RAKTDA boost destination awareness, footfall and trade engagement across Tier I, II and III cities.

RAKTDA says India is a key source market, and it aims to showcase Ras Al Khaimah’s beaches, adventures, heritage, and luxury through a strong marketing network.

It adds that the collaboration will include marketing initiatives, roadshows, webinars, and campaigns to highlight Ras Al Khaimah’s offerings and attract Indian travellers to its hospitality and beauty.
