Nitin Sachdeva brings over two decades of experience in incentive travel and tourism
In a significant move, the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) has elected Nitin Sachdeva, CEO of Venture Marketing, as President for its 2025 International Board of Directors (IBOD). His appointment underscores his long-standing commitment to the incentive travel industry and positions SITE for future growth.
In a press statement, SITE says that Nitin Sachdeva, brings over two decades of experience in incentive travel and tourism. It adds that Sachdeva has played a key role in promoting incentive travel as a driver for business performance and employee engagement.
SITE says that the 2025 International Board of Directors includes Karim El Minabawy, President of Emeco Travel, Egypt/Emirates, and Hasan Dinc, Managing Director of ODS Turkey.
It adds that the new board also includes Marissa Fernandez, Managing Director of DMS Destination Marketing Services, as Vice President of Membership, Meenaz Diamond as Vice President of Finance, and Jennifer Attersall, Senior Director at Destination Canada, as Vice President of Education & Certification.
It further adds that newly elected directors serving three-year terms include Kim Napolitano, Executive Director at Hilton, and Marina Parra-Flechsig, Managing Director/Owner of Weichlein Tours plus Incentives.
The statement adds that Caoimhe Rice, Director of Sales at Moloney & Kelly, will serve a two-year term representing Young Leaders on the SITE International Board of Directors. Melissa Moten, Vice President at the Collective BCD Meetings & Events, has been re-elected for a second three-year term.
