The museum features a multimedia exhibition that explores the history and craft of chocolate
Now in its fourth year of operation, the Lindt Home of Chocolate in Kilchberg attracted 817,163 visitors in 2024, becoming one of Switzerland’s most visited museums. Run by the Lindt Chocolate Competence Foundation, it offers a multimedia exhibition, the world’s largest chocolate fountain, and Switzerland’s first Lindt Café.
In a press statement, Lindt Home says that there museum attracts tourists from around the world, including significant numbers from the USA, UK, Germany and India.
It adds that 1,900 guided tours were conducted in 2024, with staff sharing insights on chocolate-making and Lindt’s legacy. Additionally, around 300 school classes visited, reinforcing the museum’s educational and cultural significance.
The statement adds the museum features a multimedia exhibition that explores the history and craft of chocolate, as well as the world’s largest free-standing chocolate fountain.
It adds that the visitors can also shop for Lindt products and experience Switzerland’s first Lindt Café.
