ITB Berlin, the world’s largest travel trade show, has called for submissions for its upcoming eTravel Stage and ITB Innovators, set to take place from March 4 to 6, 2025.

In a press statement, the organisers say that pioneers and innovators in the tourism industry are going to convene to showcase the latest trends, solutions and technologies that are set to shape the future of travel.

The organisers say that ITB Berlin, recognised as a global platform for groundbreaking ideas, will spotlight technological advancements through its eTravel Stage, an integral part of the ITB Berlin Convention this year.

They say that the event will feature five thematic tracks focussing on digital transformation, where industry experts can present their insights to an international audience of trade visitors.

ITB Innovators will highlight visionary solutions from exhibitors that have the potential for long-term impact on the travel industry.

The statement adds that topics will include artificial intelligence, sustainability in travel technology, mixed reality, Web3, and hotel innovations.

It goes on to say that the submission process is free, and applications will be reviewed by ITB Berlin’s Board of Experts. The deadline for submissions is October 31.

Beyond the March event, ITB Berlin continues to focus on the digital transformation of tourism through its ITB360° platform, which features the Travel Hero Podcast and other expert content.

The statement adds that the latest podcast episode, Tech Travel: AI Transforming the Future of Tourism, explores the role of artificial intelligence in the industry with insights from leading experts.
