Visa services and investment consultancy firm Ek.indUS has announced the launch of its services in India to drive a new wave of business opportunities for Indian investors in the United States. 

According to a press statement by Ek.indUS, it will offer a secure pathway for Indian investors to obtain US permanent residency through the EB-5 programme in partnership with private finance company IMMCO Investments, owner of USCIS-authorised Nevada Regional Centre. 

Ek.indUS says it also provides comprehensive support by guiding investors through the entire process, verifying investor eligibility, coordinating with tax and legal counsel, assisting in project selection, and culminating in permanent residency and the return of investment capital.

The statement adds that under EB-5, the investor applicant is required to invest at least USD 800,000 into a US ‘commercial enterprise’ and their investment must lead to the creation of over 10 American jobs. 

EB-5 claims that its projects and investment funds boast a 100 pc acceptance rate over 13 years, with all over 500 investor applicants successfully obtaining their green cards. 

The statement adds that Green Card holders enjoy numerous advantages, particularly for the next generation’s college admissions and career aspirations, driving increased demand for the EB-5 programme amongst families. 

As a result, the company has been entrusted with hundreds of millions in client capital, with a perfect track record of on-time repayments to their clients, says the company.
