In a press statement, DCEO says that Illinois is an ideal destination for Indian travellers as it offers a variety of experiences for groups, families and individual travellers.

The state also provides a range of accommodation options, from luxurious stays to unique, secluded forest cabins for adventure and nature lovers.

It adds that Illinois is also easily accessible, with its numerous airports, including the Chicago O’Hare International Airport, one of the busiest in the world, offering direct flight connectivity for visitors from India.

The official travel authority for Illinois has appointed Sartha Global Marketing, a leading representations, marketing and communications firm in India, as its partner in India for marketing and promotional activities.

The Illinois DCEO says that Sartha will develop and implement comprehensive travel trade and public relations programmes to inspire Indian travellers to explore the state and its unique experiences including luxury, culinary, architecture, outdoor experiences and cultural attractions.
