Hospitality services firm Ireckonu opens office in Singapore

Dutch company Ireckonu has opened a new office in Singapore as part of its international expansion into the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Aiming to expand its footprint in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, Dutch company Ireckonu, which provides cloud-native Middleware and Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions for hotels, has opened a new office in Singapore.

In a press statement, Ireckonu says that this move is aimed at supporting existing customers and driving growth in hospitality technology across the region.

It adds that it has a presence in APAC through partnerships with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Okura Hotels & Resorts and EVT Hotels & Resorts. These partnerships date back to 2015.

The Dutch company says that the local office includes staff working in sales, business development, customer success and support functions. The company’s support structure now spans Netherlands, Singapore, and United States, offering 24×7 assistance across time zones.

Ireckonu says that the Singapore office became operational in January this year. It is led by Sam Samsudi, Director of Business Development and Head of Ireckonu Asia. He previously held roles at RateGain and ITG.
