Luxury travel representation firm Heavens Portfolio is foraying into Australia and New Zealand with a new office in Melbourne, which is set to be headed by hospitality industry veteran Chrissie Lincoln, who brings over two decades of global sales experience.

Heavens Portfolio, a  Singapore-based luxury travel representation firm, has announced expansion into Australia and New Zealand with the opening of its 18th office in Melbourne. 

According to a press statement by the firm, this strategic move responds to the significant growth in Australian luxury outbound travel, as visitors from Australia and New Zealand increasingly seek unique, high-end travel experiences. 

HP says that with many direct flight connections to major global cities, travel convenience has improved for Australians and luxury hotels worldwide are eager to further tap into the Australian and New Zealand market.

It adds that leading Heavens Portfolio Australia is industry expert Chrissie Lincoln, who will manage the team in representing a global portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts. 

“With my two decades of global sales experience at Swire Hotels and Aman, this is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate closely with our partners and clients to enhance awareness and drive sales in the ever growing Australian and New Zealand market,” says Lincoln, Managing Director of Heavens Portfolio Australia/New Zealand.

Although Chrissie will officially step down from her role at Swire Hotels at the end of 2024, she will continue to represent the group in her new role with Heavens Portfolio
