Global Destinations, a leading destination marketing company, has announced a strategic collaboration with Sapporo City and Japanese airline All Nippon Airways (ANA) to position Sapporo in Hokkaido, as an attractive destination for Indian tourists.
In a press statement, Global Destinations says that this partnership leverages ANA’s extensive flight network, connecting Indian travellers to Japan and Global Destinations’ expertise in destination marketing to increase awareness of Sapporo’s natural beauty and cultural richness.
Located in northern Japan, Sapporo, the capital of Hokkaido, is renowned for its unspoiled landscapes, vibrant culture, and globally celebrated winter events, including the famous Sapporo Snow Festival.

The collaboration seeks to highlight these unique experiences, aiming to attract more Indian visitors drawn to Japan’s mix of traditional and modern attractions, says the statement.
