Held under the theme Where Vision Shapes Opportunity, Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) 2025 has been inaugurated in Saudi Arabia’s capital, Riyadh.
In a press statement, the organisers say that FHS has gathered hospitality leaders, investors and decision-makers to explore hotel performance, development outlooks and market trends influencing the sector. The event is positioned as a key platform for examining the role of hospitality in Saudi Arabia’s broader transformation plans.

The statement adds that the opening remarks were delivered by Bandar bin Saud bin Khalid Al Saud, Secretary General, King Faisal Foundation (KFF) and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Al Khozama Investment Company.

According to the statement, the programme includes more than 150 speakers across 80 sessions within 18 content tracks. Additionally, topics like investment, financing and real estate, destination development, technology and innovation, sustainability and ESG and other segments such as luxury, food and beverage, and experiential hospitality will be covered.

According to the organisers, the hospitality event platform states that the event commenced with the launch of the NextGen: Investment Forum, which aims to address issues related to education, training, and talent retention in Saudi Arabia’s hospitality industry. The forum highlighted that 1 million new tourism jobs are forecast by 2030, along with 320,000 new hotel rooms. Investment in talent is considered essential to achieving the goals of Vision 2030.
As per the press statement, this year, a number of signing ceremonies are expected to take place and that at last year’s edition, USD 1.1 billion in business opportunities was announced.
