In order to attract greater footfall of world visitors, Experience Abu Dhabi, the destination brand of the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi, has announced collaboration with Hollywood couple Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth to showcase Abu Dhabi’s diverse offerings through a two-year partnership.
In a press statement, DCT says that the collaboration was announced via a campaign film featuring the couple humorously dreaming of an ideal getaway to Abu Dhabi.
The film emphasises the theme Could Use A Vacation Right Now, resonating with viewers worldwide and showcases Abu Dhabi as an escape from daily routines.
DCT says that Pataky and Hemsworth praised Abu Dhabi as an ideal destination for family holidays, highlighting its range of activities from theme parks to cultural experiences and desert excursions.
The campaign film, produced by Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism, promotes the area’s unique offerings, from desert dune adventures and surfing at Surf Abu Dhabi to cultural experiences at Louvre Abu Dhabi, all wrapped in Emirati hospitality.
“When it comes to family holidays, Abu Dhabi has it all. Whether it is for us as a couple or a family, every day here is a new adventure, there is something for each one of us to enjoy and discover. My kids have fallen in love with Abu Dhabi, as it gives them a playground for all the things they want to do.
