DreamFolks’ M&A service now extends to over 380 airport terminals worldwide
Dreamfolks Services, an aggregator of travel and lifestyle services, has continued its growth streak with 11.5 pc year-on-year (YoY) revenue surge in Q3FY25, reaching INR 3,401 million.
In a press statement, the company says that the steady rise underscores its expanding footprint in the premium travel services market, fuelled by increasing demand for airport lounge access and other exclusive offerings.
In a press statement, DreamFolks says that the company has recorded a 14.5 pc YoY revenue increase for the nine-month period ending December 31, 2024.
It adds that the company’s diversification strategy led to a rise in non-airport lounge services, which now contribute 6.9 pc of total revenue, up from 5.2 pc in the previous year.
DreamFolks says that it has added several enterprise clients this quarter, including MakeMyTrip, TBO and 11 others, along with new banking clients, some of whom shifted from competitors.
It further adds that internationally 16 new airport lounges and 18 airport F&B outlets in the Middle East were added. The statement adds that the DreamFolks’ M&A service now extends to over 380 airport terminals worldwide.
It says that that it expanded its domestic lounge network with new additions at Ayodhya Airport and Goa Dabolim Airport, bringing the total count to 76.
It adds that its clients have also increased their minimum spending thresholds, affecting the volume mix while keeping gross margins within the projected range of 11-13 pc for FY25.

The company says that it continues to focus on expanding its client base and service portfolio beyond travel, positioning itself as a broader travel and lifestyle services aggregator.
“During the first nine months of FY25, the two main revenue drivers that is Air Traffic and Credit card growth, grew by 6.7 pc and 13.7 pc respectively.
