The 32nd edition of the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) opens on Monday at the Dubai World Trade Centre, drawing more than 2,800 exhibitors and over 55,000 travel professionals from 166 countries.
In a press statement, the organisers of ATM say that this year’s event, themed Global Travel: Developing Tomorrow’s Tourism Through Enhanced Connectivity, underscores ATM’s pivotal role in shaping the future of tourism by fostering cross-border, cross-industry and cross-community collaboration.

“ATM 2025 is on track to break records in terms of both attendance and exhibitor participation. This week, we look forward to welcoming travel professionals from all travel sectors and verticals, including the leisure, business events, luxury and corporate travel sectors. To accommodate the growing interest in ATM, we have added two additional halls this year and will deliver the ATM Conference Programme across three dynamic content stages-the Global Stage, Future Stage and Business Events Stage. The statement adds that ATM 2025’s international appeal is stronger than ever, with 67 pc of exhibitors coming from outside the Middle East, while regional representation accounts for 33 pc of the show floor. Registrations have soared by 104 pc compared to last year, with international visitors making up 52 pc of the total and UAE and GCC attendees contributing 48 pc.
The statement adds that the top five international visitor markets are India, Egypt, UK, Türkiye and USA, reflecting ATM’s global reach.

Additionally, Asia stands out as the fastest-growing region at ATM, with exhibitor participation up by 27 pc year-on-year. Key Asian destinations-including Japan, Macao, Maldives, Mauritius, South Korea, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines-are set to showcase their tourism offerings.

The statement adds that India, in particular, has expanded its presence by 41 pc, with strong participation from regional tourism boards and national carriers.
According to the press statement, ATM Travel Tech, now 25 pc larger than last year, features a record number of exhibitors and products, reflecting the rapid digital transformation of the travel and hospitality sector. The Start-Up and Innovation Zone will debut, spotlighting emerging travel pioneers and offering an immersive VR experience.

Moreover, the popular Start-Up Pitch Battle returns for its fourth year, providing a platform for the region’s most innovative minds.
The officials say that thought leadership is at the heart of ATM, with more than 200 experts speaking across three content stages namely the Global Stage, Future Stage and Business Events Stage.
The statement adds that highlights on opening day include a keynote by Cassie Kozyrkov, CEO of Kozyr and former Google Chief Decision Scientist, who will discuss the realities of AI adoption in travel. The Business Events Stage will host sessions on the socio-economic impact of global events and the growing influence of Chinese outbound tourism, while the Future Stage will explore travel microtrends with leaders from Booking.com, dnata Travel Group and Airbnb.

According to the statement, strategic partners for ATM 2025 include the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, Emirates, IHG Hotels & Resorts and Al Rais Travel, ensuring a robust platform for networking, knowledge sharing and business growth as Dubai cements its status as a global tourism hub.
