What is the objective of your visit to India?
Our objective in India spans multiple verticals, as India has been an incredibly important market for Atlantis over the past 18 years. On this occasion, our primary goal is to strengthen relationships with key partners, including media and trade professionals, who have consistently supported our business. Atlantis maintains a strong presence in the Indian market, and this visit is specifically focussed on expressing gratitude to these trusted partners who rely on us to take care of their guests.
How was the business last year, and what is your expectation from the market in 2025?
Atlantis Dubai experienced significant success in the Indian market in 2024, achieving a 4-5 pc growth compared to 2023. We aim to sustain this growth into 2025, focussing on expanding our reach within the Indian market. Key strategies involve targeting multigenerational families and celebration based travel, such as weddings and birthdays, particularly at Atlantis, the Royal, which offers luxurious settings, stunning suites and phenomenal views ideal for such events. Indian travellers are integral to Atlantis Dubai’s business, with many opting for stays of three to five nights. The resort seeks to deepen engagement with this demographic by emphasising experiential travel and luxury offerings.
Atlantis, the Royal differentiates itself with exclusive amenities like private swimming pools in suites and adult-only pools, catering to a mature audience seeking premium experiences.
To strengthen its presence in India, Atlantis Dubai is implementing tailored marketing campaigns, collaborating with travel agents and luxury tour operators and participating in events across key Indian cities. The resort is also focussing on personalising services to meet specific client needs and leveraging partnerships with Indian airlines for improved connectivity.
