Ultima Collection, a selection of luxury private chalets, villas, private residences and boutique hotels, will add to its footprint in Switzerland with the opening of its properties, Ultima Promenade Gstaad, slated for March 2025, and Ultima Cologny Geneva, in summer 2025 in Gstaad and Geneva respectively.

In a press statement, the group says that Ultima Promenade Gstaad, located along the Promenade in Gstaad in a historic chalet built by Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, will feature a collection of suites blending traditional Swiss chalet charm with contemporary sophistication. The property is all set to offer visitors, unparalleled access to the heart of the village, world-class boutiques, fine dining, and vibrant cultural attractions.

Clients at the property can enjoy a range of premium services including expansive terraces, a private cinema, a games room, a cigar lounge, and a fitness centre, complemented by gourmet dining experiences crafted by a Michelin-trained chef.  The property also boasts a spa with an indoor pool, sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi, offering treatments using products from Augustinus Bader and Seed to Skin.

Customers at the Gstaad property can also explore the scenic landscapes around the village through hiking, biking, and mountain excursions or unwind with views of the Swiss Alps from the comfort of the property’s terraces.

The statement adds that Ultima Cologny located in an exclusive enclave of Cologny in Geneva, consists of two expansive villas featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer uninterrupted views of Lake Geneva. The interiors of the property combine a sophisticated blend of marbles, fine leathers, and inviting wooden tones, accentuated by sculptural lighting and shimmering metal accents.

Each villa spans three floors, featuring expansive living areas filled with natural light, internal patios connected to a 14-metre outdoor swimming pool, and an array of luxury amenities, including a wellness floor with a hammam, sauna, treatment room, and fitness centre. The villas also boast a personal cinema, games room, and a well-stocked bar.

Clients can also enjoy a perfect blend of urban convenience and secluded luxury as the property is located just 10 minutes away from the vibrant city centre, says the company.
