Signum Hotels enters British market in tie up with 360Stays

Signum will operate all 360Stays properties, across the UK, re-branded as ‘360Stays by Signum’

Indian hotel group Signum has signed a deal with British hospitality firm 360Stays to manage 325 serviced apartments across the United Kingdom.

Signum Hotels, a fast-growing hotel management company in India, says it has entered a management agreement with London-based 360Stays. Under this agreement, Signum Hotels will manage all 325 serviced residences operated by 360Stays across 39 locations in the UK.

London-based 360Stays offer a wide range of serviced accommodation in the UK ranging from studio apartments to large 6-bedroom residences. Under the management agreement, Signum will operate all 360Stays properties, across the UK, re-branded as ‘360Stays by Signum’. The management agreement has come into effect from October 1.

360Stays operates fully serviced apartments across multiple locations in the UK including Birmingham, Dorking, Eton, Hampton, Harrow, Heathrow, Leicester, Oxford, Reading, Southall, Wembley and more.  The ‘360Stays by Signum’ room inventory will be bookable on www.signumhotels.com by October end this year.
