Indian hospitality company Signum Hotel has joined hands with Al Waleed Real Estate in the United Arab Emirates to form Insignia Hotel Management, launching a premium hospitality brand to deliver culturally immersive, innovative experiences across the GCC, marking Signum’s Middle East debut.

Signum, a hospitality company in India, has announced a strategic joint venture with United Arab Emirate-based Al Waleed Real Estate, unveiling a new entity, Insignia Hotel Management, Dubai.

In a press statement, Signum says that this partnership marks its formal entry into the Middle East and introduces the premium Insignia Hotels and Resorts brand, designed to deliver culturally immersive and globally benchmarked experiences across the GCC.

The statement adds that under the joint venture, all Insignia Hotels and Resorts properties will be fully operated and managed by Signum Hotels and Resorts, ensuring the brand’s signature blend of modern comfort, regional identity and hospitality innovation.

“This collaboration is the result of a shared vision, to redefine premium hospitality in the Middle East through a perfect marriage of local insight and international expertise,” says Mehul Sharma, Founder & CEO, Signum Hotels & Resorts.

Signum says that the collaboration leverages the expanding international portfolio of the company, spanning India, the United Kingdom and the UAE and Al Waleed Real Estate’s deep-rooted expertise in the regional real estate and hospitality landscape.
