Hotel Seville promises an elevated guest experience alongside a new lobby bar
Allen Gross, Chairman of GFI Hospitality, a real-estate financial firm, has announced that after an extensive restoration, the former James NoMad Hotel will transit from Novotel to Hotel Seville NoMad, which will join the Unbound Collection by Hyatt.
In a press statement, GFI Hospitality says that this transformation marks a significant step in revitalising New York City’s vibrant NoMad district, promising an elevated guest experience alongside a new lobby bar and amenities that reflect the building’s rich history.
The statement adds that the newly branded Hotel Seville NoMad aims to blend the elegance of its early 20th-century origins with modern luxury.
“Hotel Seville NoMad bridges New York’s storied past and its elevated present,” says Tommasi Moccia, General Manager, Hotel Seville NoMad.
GFI Hospitality adds that Hotel Seville NoMad features 348 luxurious guest rooms that combine vintage-inspired furnishings with contemporary design.
The statement says that the hotel serves as a gateway to some of New York City’s premier cultural and culinary experiences.
GFI Hospitality says that the Hotel Seville NoMad is designed to accommodate various events with flexible spaces ranging from an elegant ballroom to intimate meeting rooms.
The statement adds that the revitalisation of NoMad has transformed it into one of Manhattan’s most desirable neighbourhoods, characterised by its landmark architecture and thriving cultural scene.
The statement says that as part of Unbound Collection by Hyatt, Hotel Seville NoMad will offer guests access to exclusive Hyatt perks, including participation in the World of Hyatt rewards programme.
