Singapore-based hospitality firm Millennium Hotels and Resorts has announced the opening of its latest property in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries with a newly-rebranded hotel in Dubai Investment Park.

According to a press statement, Millennium Hotels has taken over the Copthorne Lakeview Hotel and reopened it after refurbishment. The statement adds that the hotel is conveniently located as it is a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, the Dubai Investment Park Metro Station, a 14-minute drive from Expo City, and 20 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC).

The hotel comes with a variety of rooms and suites options as well as several newly-renovated apartments that blend modern aesthetics with cozy interiors, all of which are set against a beautiful waterfront backdrop.

The hotel aims to cater to all kinds of clients, whether for short stays or extended visits. It has a newly-opened spa, a fully-equipped gym, a dedicated children’s play area, and personalised concierge services.

It also offers several indoor and outdoor dining options and in April 2025, the property will open the doors to O’Leary’s Sports Bar, described as an energetic social entertainment experience with a blend of broadcasted sports, games, and activities in an American inspired setting.

The statement adds that the hotel also comes with multiple event and function spaces include the Al Buhaira Ballroom, and can accommodate intimate lakeside weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations.

The statement adds that to celebrate its official opening, Millennium Lakeview Hotel has introduced a limited-time ‘Rediscover US’ promotion, which includes a complimentary breakfast for two, an upgrade to a Lakeview Deluxe room, late check-out until 17:00, as well as discounts on dining and laundry services. The promotion is currently available for stays until September 30.
