India’s luxury glamping pioneer, LuxeGlamp, has opened LuxeGlamp UAQ in Umm Al Quwain Mangrove Reserve, in the United Arab Emirates, offering eco-friendly, solar-powered glass-domed suites that blend luxury with sustainable tourism.

LuxeGlamp, the Indian pioneer in luxury glamping, has launched its first overseas venture, LuxeGlamp UAQ, in the heart of the Umm Al Quwain Mangrove Reserve in the United Arab Emirates.

In a press statement, LuxeGlamp says that this project, inaugurated by Sheikh Majid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Chairman of the Department of Tourism and Antiquities in Umm Al Quwain, signals a new era for responsible, future-forward tourism in the region.

The statement adds that spanning 50 acres with a dedicated build-up area of three acres, LuxeGlamp UAQ is the first dedicated eco-tourism glamping resort in UAE.

It says that the retreat offers 10 expansive glass-domed suites, each nearly 1,000 square feet, or about 93 sqm,  providing guests with private plunge pools, wooden decks, saunas and hammocks, all set against uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf and lush mangroves.

The statement adds that the design ensures minimal environmental impact, with no permanent structures, zero soil disturbance and extensive use of recyclable materials such as tempered glass, aluminium and sustainable bamboo.

According to the statement, guests can immerse themselves in nature through activities like kayaking, nature walks and stargazing, while enjoying the on-site spa and restaurant.
