Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality and a member of Dubai Holding, has announced an ambitious expansion with three new addresses set to redefine the city’s high-end landscape.

In a press statement, the move, aligned with Jumeirah’s Mission 2030 strategy, underscores the brand’s commitment to growth, diversification and the evolution of luxury living in Dubai.

The statement adds that at the heart of this expansion is Jumeirah Asora Bay, an exclusive hotel and residences development poised on the peninsula of La Mer South. With its elevated design vision and curated experiences, Asora Bay will feature a boutique hotel of 103 rooms and suites, complemented by 20 private villas.

Additionally, the project reflects Jumeirah’s renewed focus on intimate, high-value properties and is scheduled to open in 2029, joining the brand’s prestigious global portfolio alongside upcoming destinations such as Jumeirah Le Richemond in Geneva.

Moreover, adjacent to the hotel, Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay, developed in partnership with Meraas, will offer 29 ultra-luxurious residences. These include expansive four-to-six-bedroom apartments, a seven-bedroom penthouse and six ocean-facing villas.

The statement adds that the enclave promises privacy, exclusivity and a long-term value proposition, appealing to discerning buyers seeking trophy assets rather than quick resales.

According to the statement, further expanding its residential footprint, Jumeirah will introduce Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, a landmark development in Dubai’s business district. Comprising 754 units from one to four bedrooms, this project aims to redefine urban living with amenities such as fitness studios, a co-working lounge, private cinema and a podium pool terrace.

“In line with Jumeirah’s Mission 2030 strategy, our ongoing ambition is to drive sustainable growth and double the size of our portfolio regionally and internationally.  Maintaining a leadership position in our home market is integral to that strategy and following the successful opening of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab earlier this year, we will further extend our footprint in Dubai with Jumeirah Asora Bay and Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers. These exceptional properties represent the future of the Jumeirah brand, with distinctive and purposeful experiences shaped by intentional design, mindful living and holistic wellbeing. We remain firmly on track with the delivery of our strategic roadmap and these additions to our portfolio will further strengthen our global reputation as an industry pioneer and brand of influence,” says Thomas B Meier, Chief Executive Officer of Jumeirah.
