The programme, made for people who enjoy living healthily, will feature a variety of wellness activities conducted by highly qualified professionals, such as hatha flow and mandala sound healing meditation. Awakening Jagaraga, the newest treatment offered by Talise Spa, will be unveiled at the resort’s monthly wellness celebrations. Below you’ll find more information about each offering.
The resort says that the programme has been curated especially to showcase an array of wellness activities led by highly skilled practitioners, including hatha flow and mandala sound healing meditation. Additionally, the resort will host monthly wellness celebrations and the unveiling of talise spa’s latest treatment, awakening jagaraga.
Among the offerings is a daily wellness programme ‘Revitalize Your Life’ that involves soothing singing bowl meditation followed by a mindfulness painting session and a refreshing healthy treat. With the ‘Art of Wellbeing Through Mindfulness’, the resort says it tries to offer a truly one-of-a-kind wellness experience including an hour-long Hatha Flow with Hendri Take and Mandala Singing Bowl Meditation with Ida Bagus Surya on June 10. Guests will also have the option to add an elemental cooking class, afternoon tea, a skin chakra consultation, and facial treatment, meant to leave guests feeling revitalised and renewed.
The hotel says that ‘Awakening Jagaraga at Talise Spa’ is meant to provide a luxurious and natural experience to restore harmony and vitality with chakra aromatherapy and a singing bowl ritual. Using an organic comforting stone crop body scrub and antioxidant-rich lemon peel, these elements will work together to brighten and smooth the skin. A gentle and nurturing Jagaraga body massage will balance the body’s energy and restorative effects will be palpable to the nervous system. Visitors can choose from a green aventurine jade face massage or a calming lavender foot massage to complement the treatment.
