The hotel group says that Jetwing Jungle Lodge features 10 private jungle dwellings, complete with expansive wooden terraces
Sri Lankan hotel chain Jetwing Hotels has launched its latest property in the heart of Sri Lanka‘s wild coastal frontier, Jetwing Jungle Lodge, located adjacent to the Yala National Park.
In a press statement, the hotel group says that Jetwing Jungle Lodge features 10 private jungle dwellings, complete with expansive wooden terraces that serve as perfect vantage points for observing diverse wildlife roaming freely around the property.
Aesthetic upgrades with the introduction of a rooftop infinity pool
The statement adds that recent enhancements at the once-safari camp has added aesthetic upgrades with the introduction of a rooftop infinity pool so visitors can bask in panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and a lush jungle canopy.
It says that the lodge’s culinary offerings celebrate Sri Lankan heritage infused with international flavours, presenting a diverse dining palette, from the Thicket restaurant to unique experiences at the Hive rooftop bar and beach dining on the dunes.
Jetwing Jungle Lodge offers a guilt-free retreat into the wild
To further enhance the visitors experience, a team of skilled butlers is on hand to provide personalised service and curate exclusive excursions.
The statement adds that Jetwing Jungle Lodge aims to become Sri Lanka’s first ‘NetZero’ resort. A 125kW solar photovoltaic system has been installed, aiming to offset the resort’s direct and indirect emissions entirely. Further, the lodge has installed an on-site generated biogas and biomass.
The statement adds that for those seeking an escape that harmonises luxury with ecological consciousness, Jetwing Jungle Lodge offers a guilt-free retreat into the wild, where every moment contributes to a more sustainable future.
