IHG Hotels & Resorts, a global hospitality company, has announced the signing of a new Crowne Plaza hotel in Istanbul, Türkiye, in collaboration with Artas Turizm.

In a press statement, the hospitality company says that the Crowne Plaza Istanbul West, underscores IHG’s commitment to expanding its footprint in Türkiye.

The statement also adds that the new hotel is strategically located near key business hubs, including the Tuyap Exhibition, Fair Centre and Ambarli Port and it aims to cater primarily to international and domestic business guests.

“The Turkish market has gained remarkable momentum in recent years, and we are committed to sustaining this growth through differentiation and innovation. The rate at which we are signing new hotels in Türkiye is testament to IHG’s incredible in-market team who continue to work with new and existing partners to bring our brands to new locations. According to the statement IHG will continue to bolster its presence in Türkiye with Crowne Plaza Istanbul West set to become the ninth Crowne Plaza in Istanbul.
