IHG Hotels has announced a partnership with AIMS Holding to debut its ultra-luxury brand, Regent, in the holy city of Makkah.

IHG Hotels, one of the world’s leading hospitality companies, has announced that it has entered into a partnership with AIMS Holding to bring its ultra-luxury brand, Regent, to the holy city of Makkah, marking a significant milestone in the Kingdom’s evolving hospitality landscape.

In a statement, the hospitality company says that construction of the property is already underway and that the upcoming will be located just steps from Al Haram Al Sharif, offering breath-taking, unobstructed views of the Holy Mosque, Masjid al-Haram and Al Kaaba.

This property will not only elevate the guest experience in Makkah, but also set a new standard for luxury accommodations in the region. The statement adds that the hotel will house 330 rooms and suites, each featuring state-of-the-art technology and wellness experiences that cater to both relaxation and spiritual well-being. The property will also feature an expansive presidential suite on a high floor, offering sweeping panoramic views of the Haram and Al Kaaba.
