Hotel has collaborated with 11 local artists for the hotel
Hyatt Hotels, the American multinational hospitality chain, has officially opened Hyatt Centric Cairo West, marking the first art-focused lifestyle hotel in Cairo.
Hotel features 301 artfully designed rooms and a range of unique amenities
In a press statement, Hyatt says that the hotel features 301 artfully designed rooms and a range of unique amenities, including Cairo’s only in-pool billiard table and a one-of-a-kind aqua gym.
Hyatt says that its new property is located conveniently near Cairo’s western attractions, including the Grand Egyptian Museum and Giza Pyramids.
The hotel says that it collaborated with 11 local artists, with curated works from renowned artists like Ibrahim Khattab and Mohamed Banawy, who have incorporated mixed media and sculpture into spaces such as the lobby and guestrooms.
The statement adds that the rooms feature decor inspired by the ancient Egyptian baboon, with vivid colours and designs that combine heritage with a modern twist.
