Campaign will be released in two phases: Fairmont
With an aim to celebrate its history of hosting events and association with cultural milestones, Canadian hospitality firm Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has launched a new brand campaign titled Make Special Happen.
In a press statement, Fairmont says that the campaign draws on the hotel’s legacy of celebrations and film heritage. It was developed by King & Partners and directed by filmmaker Jean Claude Thibaut. The film was shot at Fairmont Royal York in Toronto and features a storyline centred around preparations for a celebration. The campaign highlights how staff and guests come together to bring events to life.
According to the press statement, Fairmont says that the campaign will be released in two phases, between May and July, and between September and October. It includes print, online, and social media advertisements, focusing on key regions such as North America, Canada, Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
As per the press statement, the campaign will also introduce a new collection of guest experiences under the title Something Special Happens, which will be available at various Fairmont hotels.
Fairmont says that these experiences are designed to highlight unique moments across different settings. As per the press statement, Special Happens… After Dark will offer night-time activities such as private access to spas or outdoor dining, while its wild counterpart will provide nature-based experiences like guided yoga sessions and themed tea services in natural settings.
Additionally, Special Happens… Around the Table will focus on culinary activities like chocolate-making workshops and traditional Hawaiian cooking methods, and In the Spotlight will feature experiences centred on arts and culture, such as visits to artists’ homes or music-related venues.
