In a significant move to expand its footprint in the Philippines, Thailand-based Dusit International has collaborated with Primex Realty Corporation to manage Dusit Greenhills Manila. Slated to open in late 2026, the upscale hotel will enhance Dusit’s presence in the Philippines’ hospitality sector.
In a press statement, Dusit International says that the hotel will occupy the top 10 floors of the 50-storey Primex Tower, the tallest building in San Juan City, located in Metropolitan Manila.

It adds that Dusit Greenhills Manila will feature 200 guest rooms and multiple facilities, including a Thai restaurant, an all-day dining venue, a rooftop bar, a swimming pool, a gym, a ballroom, and meeting rooms.
The hospitality group says that the location offers access to Greenhills Mall, a major shopping and dining hub, and is 45 minutes from Manila International Airport.
The statement adds that the Dusit International currently operates 296 properties across 18 countries, with 57 under Dusit Hotels and Resorts and 239 luxury villas under Elite Havens.
It adds that the company continues to expand globally, with over 60 new properties in development, including key projects in the Philippines.
