La Forêt Secrète blends Disney magic with Jean Imbert's culinary style
Disneyland Hotel, a 5-star themed hotel at Disneyland Paris is set to enchant diners with the launch of La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert, a new restaurant inspired by Disney’s iconic animation films.
In a press statement, the hotel says that opening on March 7, this culinary adventure will be available to everyone, including non-park visitors, every evening from Wednesday to Sunday and the reservations started on February 19.
The statement adds that at the helm of this venture is Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert, a passionate Disney fan since childhood.
The themed hotel says that Imbert is renowned for his work at prestigious establishments like the Plaza Athénée in Paris, where he earned a Michelin star just nine weeks after opening and he also oversees restaurants at Christian Dior’s flagship store, the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, and the Hotel Martinez in Cannes.
