As the city prepares to celebrate its 750th birthday, Conservatorium Hotel has launched Amsterdam 750, a collective initiated by the Amsterdam municipality to have year-long celebrations beginning in October 2024.
Conservatorium Hotel is a leading luxury lifestyle palace-hotel in the Netherlands capital Amsterdam that opened its doors in 2011 as the first and only ‘Modern Grand Hotel’ in the city’s vibrant Museum Quarter.
In a press statement, the Conservatorium Hotel says that it has introduced the exclusive ‘Ultimate Amsterdam 750’ experience to commemorate the celebrations as a one-off offering that blends luxury with culture.
The hotel says it will partner with the best of the Dutch cultural sphere to encompass the essence of Amsterdam, including collaborations with world-renowned art photographer Bastiaan Woudt, the prestigious Van Gogh Museum, Dutch haute couture designer Edwin Oudshoorn and more.
Together these experiences are designed to provide an unparalleled stay in the Dutch capital that pays homage to the city’s 750 years of existence.
The statement adds that the ‘Ultimate Amsterdam 750’ package includes a five-night stay in the signature 155 sqm triplex ‘I Love Amsterdam Suite’ at the hotel including gastronomic and rejuvenating experiences at Taiko Cuisine, Taiko Bar, Barbounia and Akasha Spa.
It adds that the package includes a private violin performance and fine dining experience by Taiko Cuisine, enjoyed on the rooftop of the suite with 360˚ views of Amsterdam’s cityscape. The five-night stay includes a private driver, too, says the hotel.
The ‘Ultimate Amsterdam 750’ experience will offer an immersive cultural understanding of Amsterdam, including a helicopter tour over the city that provides panoramic views of its celebrated landmarks.
Visitors can also enjoy an exclusive after-hours tour at the Van Gogh Museum, offering an intimate encounter with iconic works by the celebrated artist. The package includes tickets to the esteemed Rijksmuseum and Amsterdam Museum.
The hotel says that visitors will be given a bespoke ‘Key of Amsterdam‘ sterling silver keychain, bearing their initials. To complete this exclusive package, they can indulge in a private after-hours shopping experience at Cartier, where they can explore its unique collection of jewellery and accessories with personalised attention.
