The partnership between Cinnamon Hotels and Aviareps India is expected to enhance the resorts’ s visibility and contribute to Sri Lanka’s tourism growth
Sri Lanka’s leading hospitality group, Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, has partnered with Aviareps India to manage its public relations, through this collaboration, Cinnamon aims to expand its reach among Indian travellers, showcasing its properties across Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
In a press statement, the resort says that this move aims to strengthen its presence in the Indian market and attract experiential travellers.
It adds that Cinnamon operates 17 properties, including Cinnamon Life – City of Dreams Sri Lanka, the country’s first integrated resort. Opened last year. Cinnamon Life represents Sri Lanka’s largest private investment, valued at USD 1.3 billion.
It adds that the resort includes 687 rooms, 12 dining establishments, a 16,000 sqm MICE venue, and a gaming space developed in partnership with global casino operator Melco. It says that a shopping mall within the complex is scheduled to open in the third quarter of this year.

Cinnamon says that the Sri Lanka’s tourism revenue is projected to reach USD 3.17 billion in 2025. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is expanding beyond Colombo, with the recent launch of Kandy Myst by Cinnamon and plans for further international expansion in the Maldives, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and China.
