London-based luxury residences Cheval Collection has appointed Christian Potvin as General Manager of Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai, set to open in the first quarter of 2025.

In a strategic move to expand its global footprint, Britain’s luxury hospitality chain, Cheval Collection, that runs upscale apartments has appointed Christian Potvin as the General Manager of Cheval Maison – Expo City in Dubai. Set to open in the first quarter of 2025, the property promises to offer a new level of luxury in Dubai.

In a press statement, Cheval Maison says that Potvin brings over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, having worked with various hotels and resorts.

It adds that Potvin’s journey of excellence saw him rise through structured roles in luxury hotel brands, excelling in management and driving innovative guest service policies before joining Cheval Maison – Expo City.

The statement adds that Cheval Maison will provide accommodations with modern amenities and a personalised approach.

The chain says that Potvin’s appointment supports its growth, targeting both corporate and leisure travellers. With his leadership, the property aims to establish itself as a key destination in Dubai.

It adds that Cheval Maison Dubai is the second property of Cheval Collection in the Middle East, following the opening of Cheval Maison – the Palm Dubai in April 2023.
