Indonesian hospitality firm, Ayana Residences, has launched its latest offering, a collection of 26 exclusive residences that blend luxury living with sustainability consciousness in one of Bali’s most desirable locations.
In a press statement, Ayana says that the Alamanda Tower, features a rooftop oasis, three pools, two of which can be reserved for private use, as well as a community centre offering amenities designed to inspire wellness and connection, a lap pool, sauna, and steam room.
Ayana says that it has partnered with interior designer Carl Almeida of P49 Design to create spaces that seamlessly blend contemporary luxury with traditional Balinese elements, resulting in residences that are both stylish and authentic.

Residents enjoy access to all four Ayana Bali resorts, diverse dining options, cultural experiences at Saka Museum, and stroll through our newly launched seven-hectare botanical garden. According to the statement, residents of Alamanda Tower will also have access to the extensive facilities of Ayana Bali, the island’s largest integrated resort destination spread across 90 hectares. The resort boasts 14 pools, a world-class spa, a secluded beach, dozens of dining outlets, nature-inspired kids’ camps, Saka Museum, a Balinese culture and knowledge hub, and Ayana Farm.

Neighbouring options include multiple kids’ clubs and waterslides, family afternoon tea, wellness and educational activities, and adventurous kids’ camps and programmes within the grounds of Ayana Bali.
The company says it has partnered with natural living products company, Utama Spice, to provide organic amenities including 100 pc organic products, from soothing soaps and rejuvenating shampoos to gentle cleaning supplies in each residence.
