With the objective to attract more women customers, luxury resort in Dubai, Atlantis, the Palm will launch Viva La Noche ladies’ night as a part of its ‘first-of-its-kind’ social dining concept En Fuego.
According to a press statement by Atlantis, Viva La Noche ladies’ night will be held every Thursday starting September 14 from 21:00 to 01:00. Women can anticipate indulging in South American cuisine, featuring a delectable two-course meal and three beverages, for AED 195 (USD 53).
In a press statement, the hotel says that whether seeking a catch-up session or an opportunity to dance the night away, guests can expect an evening infused with merriment, laughter and exhilarating performances.

Atlantis says that Viva La Noche ladies’ night menu will feature a choice between one starter and one main course or one main course and one dessert. Starters will consist of options such as Chicken Al Pibil, Black Bean Tostada, House Guac and the Avocado Ceviche.
It adds that mains will include the sizzling Seabass Encocado, Chicken Quesadilla, Roasted Cauliflower and the nostalgic Grandma’s Enchiladas. Desserts include tres leches featuring vanilla sponge with caramelised popcorn and corn ice cream.
Beyond the authentic South American cuisine, Atlantis says the package will include three beverages from an assortment of house spirits, wines, beers, and En Fuego’s special cocktails inspired by the bold spirit of South America.
It adds that guests will be able to immerse themselves in live entertainment, featuring a six-piece band playing popular South American hits, along with energetic dancers. Guests can dance the night away with En Fuego’s vibrant samba duo and experience a world of playful surprises with the Fire Gypsy, it says.
