Ras Al Khaimah is considered one of the UAE’s key areas for tourism and investment: Ascott
To expand its presence in the Middle East, Ascott, a Singaporean hospitality company, will launch its brand, the Crest Collection, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) through Al Mahra Resort, that is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027.
In a press statement, Ascott says that this resort will be located on Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. It will include 539 rooms and suites, offering food and beverage options.
It adds that the resort will also provide meeting and event spaces aimed at business and social functions.

Ascott says that Ras Al Khaimah is considered one of the UAE’s key areas for tourism and investment development, with Marjan Island, which is central to its growth plans.
It adds that its announcement aligns with the emirate’s tourism strategy amid the growing demand for destination-focussed stays.
