Ascott, a Singapore-based hospitality operator, has unveiled Citadines Maslak Istanbul, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing expansion across the Middle East, Africa and Türkiye.

In a press statement, Ascott says that strategically situated in Istanbul’s dynamic Maslak district, the new property is a testament to the Citadines brand’s promise of flexible, comfortable urban living for both business and leisure travellers.

The statement adds that with the launch of Citadines Maslak Istanbul, Ascott continues to drive the rapid growth of its fastest-growing brand, Citadines, which now boasts around 200 properties either operational or in the pipeline across more than 30 countries.

It adds that the property is set against the backdrop of Istanbul’s unique blend of heritage and modernity, offering customers a stylish and private retreat at the heart of the city’s commercial and cultural life.

According to the statement, proximity to multinational corporations such as Ericsson, Cisco and Ford, as well as leading educational institutions like Nisantasi University and Istanbul Technical University, makes it an ideal base for corporate travellers and visiting academics.

Ascott says that leisure travellers are also well catered for, with key attractions such as Istinye Mall, Emirgan Park, Rumeli Fortress and Bebek Sahili all within a 30-minute drive. The property’s accessibility is further enhanced by its location just 40 minutes from Istanbul International Airport, ensuring seamless connectivity for international visitors.

Additionally, Citadines Maslak Istanbul features 148 serviced units, ranging from sleek studios to spacious four-bedroom apartments, each designed to provide flexibility and comfort for both short- and long-stay customers. Every residence includes separate living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchenettes and modern amenities tailored for urban explorers. On-site facilities include a gymnasium, sauna, business centre, a lounge, meeting room and a breakfast lounge and restaurant.

The opening introduces a suite of signature programmes aimed at delivering uniquely tailored experiences rooted in local culture and global hospitality excellence.
