Accor says that ALL members spend more than twice as much as non-members
Accor’s, a French multinational hospitality company, has announced that its global loyalty programme, ALL has reached 100 million members. Membership of the programme doubled in five years, and 2024 saw the numbers grow by another 11 million.
In a statement, Accor says that ALL members spend more than twice as much as non-members and that one out of every three bookings is made by a member.

The statement adds that the business generated through ALL app appointments increased by 45 pc in 2024 compared the previous year.
