The Chandigarh event featured participation from over 30 global partners: Travclan
TravClan has launched this year’s Caravan in Chandigarh, marking the first leg of this year’s B2B travel networking series focussed on Tier II cities across India.
In a press statement, TravClan says that Caravan 2025 aims to connect global travel brands with emerging outbound travel markets in cities such as Chandigarh, Pune and Hyderabad.
It adds that after its previous series in Tier I cities, this new initiative will focus on local travel agents in Tier II regions, who are driving outbound travel demand. The Chandigarh event featured participation from over 30 global partners, including hotel groups, tourism boards, and attractions from the Maldives, Bali, Thailand, Dubai, and Singapore.
As per the press statement, TravClan says that it has introduced AI Quotes, a proprietary tool designed to help agents generate quotations more quickly. A hands-on AI Masterclass was also held to demonstrate how automation can be used to reduce repetitive work and improve operational processes.

According to the press statement, the B2B travel company says the event saw participation from over 100 travel agents, who engaged in direct networking with brands including Adaaran Resorts, JW Marriott, Fushifaaru Maldives, Dubai Holding Entertainment, Cross Hotels, and Merlin Entertainments.

According to the press statement, Travclan says that sponsors noted the opportunity in Tier II markets.

As per the press statement, the company says that following the Chandigarh event, the Caravan takes place in Pune on April 16 and Hyderabad on April 17.
