One Rep Global, a Gurgaon-based representation and marketing agency, organised its annual roadshow in Delhi on Tuesday, aiming to foster B2B connections nine partners from eight different countries associated with the company and Indian travel industry stakeholders. Following the event in Delhi, additional roadshows will be held in Mumbai and Ahmedabad in the coming week.
At the event, Hemant Mediratta, Founder, One Rep Global, unveiled the company’s mascot, a playful elephant.
The event focussed on luxury travel and Indian outbound tourism market
The brands represented at the event included luxury hotels such as Regent Bali Canggu, and Intercontinental in the Maldives, as well as offbeat destinations like Lošinj, Croatia and Galeries Lafayette, a leading upscale department store in Paris. The organisers say that some of these brands are already working with the Indian market and aiming to increase their presence, while others are looking to venture into and capitalise on the ever-growing Indian outbound tourism market.
“Today, we have nine of our hospitality brands present in this room, joining us from eight different countries,” said Mediratta.
This was followed by an interactive session between the hospitality brands, moderated by Mediratta, which focused on luxury travel and the Indian outbound tourism market.

“Our company wanted to go to a new market and we really believe that India is a perfect market for our destination because Indian people love nature, love beautiful hotels and as your towns and cities are a bit polluted, we think that our island will be a win-win because of the air, because of the great hotels, because of the superb services that we have and again, it is easily accessible,” Lara Soldicic Vodaric, Director of Sales, Leisure and Corporate, Losinj Hotels & Villas, a 5-star luxury property in Lošinj, Croatia told India Outbound on the sidelines of the roadshow.
“India is a completely new market. We are opening this market this year, we are not expecting much, but we are expecting just, if we have just a few good bookings, especially for the villas, for 2025, we are happy. We expect more next year,” she added.
During the roadshow a live ‘Fastest Finger First’ quiz was also organised, where winners were awarded hampers, vouchers, and luxury stays as prizes.

An important aspect of the roadshow was a networking lunch, which allowed stakeholders to interact and foster connections and business.
“It has been a good experience, learning about how developments are changing, how the market is growing, how the perceptions are changing. It has been a very insightful and productive trip so far. With this roadshow, the response has been amazing. It is lovely to meet the partners in Mumbai and Delhi, and I am looking forward to meeting more partners in the other cities,” Aftan Ismail, Sales Manager, Intercontinental Maldives Maamunagau Resort, told India Outbound.
