Accor hosts annual B2B networking event in Delhi

More than 300 Indian travel industry stakeholders engaged in B2B discussions during the event

Accor held its annual B2B networking event in Delhi, with the participation of over 60 Accor network hotels and over 300 key stakeholders from the Indian travel sector.

Global French hospitality brand, Accor hosted its annual signature event All Thanks to You bringing together over 60 Accor network hotels and more than 300 Indian travel industry stakeholders to engage in B2B discussions in Delhi.

“We have got about 60 hotels represented here, and in terms of countries, we have got participation from Kenya, Singapore, Dubai, Australia, Europe, London, Ras al khaimah,” Pratima Badhwar, Head of Commercial, India & South Asia, Accor tells India Outbound

“Partners have come and meet the Indian customers that they want take back to their hotels. Over the day, we are looking at about 300 – 350 Indian stakeholders to come in from all segments to network, meet with the hotels that they want,” she adds. 

The event began with an insightful presentation on the Indian and International travel industry and its upcoming trends by Naveen Kundu, Managing Director, Ebix Travel Service, which was followed by B2B meetings and a networking lunch. 

“The Indian market is growing since, I think, two years now. So we are here for the second time. For this roadshow, we are here to meet new people and to meet, of course, other hotels and build connections,” says Eva Pastor, Director of Sales, Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, Munich Bayerpost, Germany.

Among the attendees were both new and established partners of the hospitality group from the Indian market, all keen to strengthen their connections with the brand’s properties both in India and internationally. Following the Delhi event, Accor is preparing to host another roadshow in Mumbai in the upcoming week.

“We come here almost every year whenever they host an event like this and we are a regular worker with Accor. We come here to foster new connections and say hello to some old faces,” Anup Tuti, Co-founder and Director, OFA Experiences, a travel company based in Delhi, tells India Outbound.
