In a press statement, Vistara says that starting September 3, customers will no longer be able to make bookings with Vistara for travel on or after November 12, when the decade-old brand that made a mark with its product and service quality as India’s foremost full-service carrier, will be dissolved.

It adds that all Vistara aircraft thereafter will be operated by Air India and bookings for the routes operated by these aircraft will be redirected to Air India’s website.

The statement adds that during this transition period, both Vistara and Air India will ensure necessary support, consistent communication and convenience to all customers.
