In an era where technology meets human connection, Qatar Airways, the national airline of Qatar, has launched Sama, the world’s first AI-powered digital human cabin crew. In a press statement, the airline says that unveiled at ITB Berlin 2024, Sama marks a new era of innovation, blending technology with emotional engagement for travellers.

Qatar Airways says that Sama is first digital human cabin crew on social media and  she is designed to connect with a digitally native audience through relatable and inspiring content.

It adds that Sama represents the airline’s commitment to blending innovation with emotional engagement.

Qatar Airways says that Sama will soon inspire and connect with a global audience on Instagram, offering followers a mix of travel tips, personal stories from her layovers, and a behind-the-scenes look at cabin crew life, all with a creative, human touch.

It adds that she will showcase the airline’s network of over 170 destinations in a fresh and imaginative way.

The statement adds that Sama will share a variety of content, from discovering hidden gems in Paris and offering city navigation tips to providing a behind-the-scenes look at life in the skies. Her posts invite followers to explore new cultures, inspiring traditions, and experience the world through her eyes.
