IndiGo to launch direct Bengaluru-Krabi flights from March 30

IndiGo currently operates over 200 daily departures from Bengaluru, connecting to 65 domestic and over 10 international destinations

IndiGo, a low-cost carrier, is set to launch direct flights between Bengaluru and Krabi from March 30, enhancing connectivity and strengthening its presence in growing demand for Thailand.

In a significant move to expand its presence in Thailand, IndiGo has launched a direct flight between Bengaluru and Krabi, starting March 30. This new route enhances connectivity, offering Indian travellers seamless access to Krabi’s scenic beauty while strengthening IndiGo’s international network.

In a press statement, IndiGo says that this will be the airline’s second direct connection from India to the Thai beach destination, following its recent Mumbai-Krabi service.

IndiGo says the new route will operate daily, with Flight 6E 1083 departing Bengaluru at 15:30 and arriving in Krabi at 20:45. The return flight, 6E 1084, will depart Krabi at 11:35 and land in Bengaluru at 13:40.

It adds that the airline currently operates over 200 daily departures from Bengaluru, connecting to 65 domestic and over 10 international destinations.

The statement adds that Krabi, known for its beaches, limestone cliffs, and emerging MICE  infrastructure, is gaining popularity among Indian travellers. The launch of direct flights from Bengaluru is expected to further boost tourism and business exchanges between the two countries.
