Reflecting continued strong demand and growth, Etihad Airways, the flag carrier of the United Arab Emirates, has reported an 18 pc increase in passengers from the previous year, carrying 1.7 million travellers in January 2025. The national airline of the United Arab Emirates attributed this rise to sustained passenger preference and expanding operations across its global network.
