French flag carrier Air France has announced the return of its seasonal direct flights between Cape Town International Airport (CPT) and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG).

According to a press statement by Air France, responding to growing demand from both business and leisure travellers, the airline will resume three weekly flights starting October 7. An additional service will be introduced in November, just in time for the busy holiday season, it says.

The airline says that its flight with direct connection offers travellers seamless access between Cape Town and Paris, with the added convenience of connecting to Air France’s extensive global network. The service is expected to further boost Cape Town’s position as a major international tourism and business hub.
